Corporate landing page & information architecture
Working on this website, my role was to create visual design and to shape user experience. This site won Corporate Insight's 2015 Gold Monitor Award for the "quality of design, accessibility of the key features", and for being "an exceptional example of responsive design". See more details
Client account management web & mobile applications
I redesigned the client account management experience across desktop and native mobile applications to make critical account information easier to access and manage. Through user-centered design and streamlined workflows, transformed a complex account management process into an intuitive, efficient experience that supported user needs and business objectives.
The redesign focused on reducing friction, improving discoverability of key features, and simplifying multi-step tasks that previously required significant effort to complete. By creating a more cohesive and user-friendly experience across platforms, the project improved engagement, increased task completion rate, reduced drop-off rates, resulting in a more seamless account management journey for clients. This application acquired an active user base of over 100,000.
Interactive investment modeling tool
I worked on user experience of this interactive investment modeling tool. It was designed to simplify complex structured investment concepts and help Advisors when they communicate with clients to visualize how different market scenarios and product options may impact long-term performance.
Self-service client portal
Redesigned and streamlined the user experience for self-service financial portal that helped clients monitor and manage annuity and life insurance accounts. Its main purpose was to give users a centralized view of their financial portfolio, particularly annuities and life insurance policies, and provide quick access to account management tools.
Advisor portal
The goal of this web application was to identify the most critical advisor workflows and translate them into an intuitive experience. Focusing on frequently performed tasks, I designed and prototyped a solution that enabled advisors to manage their books of business, perform transactions, and connect with customer service.
Interactive retirement planning tool
This is an interactive retirement planning experience designed to simplify complex financial concepts, educate users about retirement risks, and help them explore strategies for building wealth, protecting income, and preserving their legacy.
The application's core information architecture was built around a need-based user journey rather than a product-first journey. It guides users from identifying a retirement challenge, to understanding its financial impact, exploring a relevant strategy, and connecting that strategy to applicable product benefits and solutions.
Corporate expense management web & mobile app
This project was done for a financial start-up that was creating debit and expense management system for employees and seeking to make its platform feel approachable. By incorporating a monochromatic color palette, lifestyle imagery, and a clear typographic hierarchy, I developed a design that is clean, polished, and inviting. The scope of work included website & mobile application visual design and user experience (persona development, user flows, wireframes), brand identity, collateral and credit card design, as well as custom iconography.
Personal finance & prepaid card management application
